Daniel Rubin:Sergio, once some years ago I had an opportunity to trek through MonteVerde Parque National in Costa. After a full day of trekking my mind was very still and I understood, with my whole being, that I was tied to all the nature I was seeing through my breath. I was providing some of the CO2 the jungle was needing for its life and in return it was providing me with the oxygen I needed. It seemed in that moment that breathing was all that was required of me. I had a divine purpose. (Perfect state of mind for a much needed vacation).

One Day, I was walking in San Jose through the Beautiful Plaza De La Cultura close to the National Theater located in the middle of our Beautiful Costa Rica, And I suddenly Start to Look on the People Faces that were walking by...

I start to think about how small we are on this Universe compare to the Mountains, Planets, Galaxies, and how big is our Inner Universe of Feelings and Experiences.
I Remember Feeling that Everyone was connected, I started to imagine all the Atoms from the Oxygen, our bodies, our plants, our water connected with no spaces in between the Atoms, as once I saw on a Physics Documentary.
Then I Started Finding in Everyone that was in there a Unique expression, in some cases vibrating really low with Fear, Loneliness, in some other cases vibrating really high with Joy & Happiness.

Then I decided that day to Smile to Everyone Around... And on that Moment I remember seeing every person as a Universe full of Dreams, Ideas, Situations to solve, Hope, and all this Rainbow of Feelings and Emotions that fill our lives....

So I Realize that If We can Change the Life of Someone with a Smile, for one minute, for one hour. We can Open a New Window For Them to Find Happiness since they will Smile Back, Or Keep The Thought until they get home, or Remember that Happy Guy Smiling on the Streets...

Since that day I Learned that Sometimes a Little Detail Like a Smile Can Create a Positive Chain Reaction, Because if Just ONE PERSON, keep the smile on their mind and get home and talk about that smile to their family, they will probably laugh a little, or smile to the family.. And on that Moment we Become Like a little Positive Chain Reaction Generating that all The Atoms (Persons) Around Us Get a Little Of That Love & Thankfulness We Experience by Being Alive :)

At Every Step,

I Remember the Day when my Granddad Shared With Me One Of the Biggest Lessons In My Life: .... If You Know From Where You Are Coming From, You Will Find Where Are You Going To.....

I was just a little Kid, lying on the bed close to him, He was with a Cancer on his Stomach.. and every time my Family went to visit my Grandpa and Grandma i was always running to his side, to speak with him... to listen his stories ... To Learn About His Light :)

Today, After 24 years when he shared that lesson with me i feel i understand a little about that beautiful day....

I started to look back to find in the friendship with my parents why are they on the way they are and what was their relation with their parents and grandparents, and i found that Everybody are just Children.... No matter the Age Everyone are Children ...

Trying Everyday to be happy .....

But when You Find Your Roots Your Soul Understands in a Better Way Why We Are Here and which chains we Need to Break in Order to Continue the Healing In This World...

So If You Want To Know How To Set Your Soul Free... Look into your Family History... As Soon As You Find What Have Make Them Suffer You Will Be Able to Heal YourSelf and From that Point You Will Be Able To Heal All Your Family :)

I wake up every morning thinking that this is the first day of my life.......

Thanking God (Jesus,Buda, Krishna, Mohamet, Jehova, the energy of creation, the love of the universe,ect) and Living and Loving one moment at the time....

Thanking for all my senses, for my eyes that show me beautiful colors everyday.....

Thanking for my hears that find the beautiful sounds of the birds, the wind, the waves...,

Thanking for my legs that help me to go where ever i go with love.......

Thanking for my hands and everysingle blessing in my life, my body, my soul, my family.......every little thing :)

Thanking for all the Blessings open a new door everyday because you are attracting the good feeling of LOVE in your life...... and on that Moment you are Awake and Coincious ....

Remember that they are childrens no matter what age (from 1 to 120 years old) they can fisically have.........

I remember when i was a little child and my Grandfather start to talk to me about love... He said that we need to love everything around us everyday, because if we do everything with love... the sun is gonna shine in a more beautiful way, and everything will show us the most beautiful side of life on every moment...

I remember reading and reading about religions trying to find that amazing God that is made with love, and in the end i found that the love is the key for happiness for all the religions and is the coincidence between all of them..

One of the most beautiful ways to see the life is the I and I theory from the Rastafarism that says:´´we are part of everything and everything is a part of us´´ .... One love , one unity , one future for all of us. It brings the Humanity, the nature and the universe together ... for me at the end of the game LOVE is the essence of life,
